Had a flawless experience with a very new Toyota Yaris that gave me no problems. When booking on-line I believed the price I was quoted was complete but learned when I picked up the car that there was an additional 16% tax. An unwelcome surprise which should have been clear when I booked. I’ll be aware next time I rent but will continue to look for the best deal. Friendly staff but rather long paperwork trail required.
